The President's address to the Belarusian people and Parliament has become a manifesto and a guideline. Belarus has reached its export target in the current five-year plan, despite the sanctions. This was stated by Aleksandr Lukashenko in his message. As the Belarusian leader noted, in 2020 we have set the target for increasing exports to $50 bln. As a result, we not only received this figure, but also continued to conduct trade relations with almost 190 countries around the world.
