Aleksandr Lukashenko attended the military parade in Beijing

A large-scale military parade was held in Beijing's Tiananmen Square. The President of Belarus also took part in the celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory over Japanese militarism and the end of World War II. The distinguished guests were greeted by President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan. Before the start of the parade, Aleksandr Lukashenko talked with Kim Jong-un. The leader of the DPRK invited the President of Belarus to visit his country at any convenient time. Bilateral meetings were also held with other foreign leaders. In total, the heads of state and government of two and a half dozen countries attended the large-scale parade today.
