The fundamental document reflects the new realities in the relations between the two countries. The Belarusian Head of State also spoke about a fundamentally new stage of relations during talks with the leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Aleksandr Lukashenko also noted that the two nations share common interests: patriotism and the preservation of historical memory.
