A. Lukashenko: Work with people is the top priority

The President held a meeting on the system of work with citizens' appeals. A big election campaign is coming soon. These elections should complete the formation of the renewed political system of our state, the President noted. There has already been a lot of conspiracy and information thrown around this event. Starting from the date of the event (we will still decide, everything will be according to the law) and ending with the activities of fugitives (we can see and control everything here). Nevertheless, at this time even the smallest shortcomings of the authorities will be traditionally inflated by opponents. Therefore, people should be heard and properly respond to vital problems. The system of work with citizens' appeals has been built in the country. There is an opportunity to ask questions in electronic and written form, and personal appointments are held. By the way, this year alone, the Presidential Administration received about 12.000 appeals (the figure is the same as in 2023). People are mainly concerned about the work of the housing and utilities system, internal affairs bodies, and health care.
