A.Lukashenko: We need to actively start new academic year

Preparations for the new academic year were discussed at the Palace of Independence. Alexander Lukashenko heard out the reports of Education Minister and Deputy Prime Minister. Classes in schools, colleges, and universities will start in a week. Alexander Lukashenko was interested not only in the state of educational institutions, but also in personnel issues. He noted that Belarus should start the new academic year actively and instructed to pay more attention to students from large and low-income families. In addition, parents should be informed about the safety measures taken in all educational institutions.
