A. Lukashenko took oath of judge of constitutional court of Belarus S. Lyubetskaya
The decree on her appointment was signed in April. Yet the judge may fulfill her duties in full only after taking the oath. Chairpersons of the both chambers of the Parliament as well as the Supreme and Constitutional courts were invited to the ceremony. In the solemn atmosphere, the judge undertook commitment to honestly, faithfully and impartially protect the constitutional order and superiority of the country's Main law. Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Svetlana Lyubetskaya on her entering the post, handed her the judge’s ID and a gift edition of the Constitution. The Head of state highly evaluated Svetlana Lyubetskaya’s big working experience — the Merited lawyer of Belarus has worked in the system for over 20 years — and wished her professional success.
