08.02.2024
In the next year and a half, we need to reach $1 billion in trade turnover with Uzbekistan. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced this on February 8 during negotiations with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. According to Alexander Lukashenko, the current trade turnover figures — almost $600 million — do not correspond to the existing potential, although this is a record figure. The head of state said that Belarus is ready to make its contribution to the modernization of Uzbekistan.
