A.Lukashenko supported draft edict on introduction of depositary and pledge system when operating wraps

The President has held a session with the leaders of the Council of Ministers. Several proposals put forward by a number of agencies were discussed. Alexander Lukashenko specially underscored, that the principles of the state economic policy shall remain unchanged. People shall always stay in the pivot of attention. The President supported the draft edict on introduction of the depositary and pledge system when operating the wraps. Global economic results of the past year were discussed at the session, as well as the topical issues concerning import substitution and deliveries of raw materials for Belarusian enterprises.
