A.Lukashenko sees possibility of national economy's speedy recovery

Current social, economic and political issues were discussed at a meeting with the Head of State. Aleksandr Lukashenko sees the possibility of an early recovery of the national economy after the downturn caused by the closure of countries and world markets in a pandemic. Moreover, as the President noted, even in the current situation, many industries, such as agriculture, construction, the IT sector and several others, exhibit a decent growth. In addition to economy, the meeting touched upon issues related to healthcare. The overall epidemiological situation and saving lives are under the President’s daily control. Here, the Head of State noted a gradual improvement in the situation in Belarus, but urged to stay alert.
