A. Lukashenko's schedule includes a trip to the Narovlya District of the Gomel Oblast
The Head of State visited the Krinichnaya experimental base. This large agricultural enterprise produces elite grain, potato, and corn seeds, and breeds cattle. The Budki dairy farm, which was commissioned in 2024, is located here. The facility was built as part of the state program to overcome the consequences of the Chernobyl accident. The Head of State heard a report on the progress of the sowing campaign in the country. Thus, the sowing of early spring crops is almost complete in Belarus. Farmers have almost completed sowing sugar beets and flax, have sown a fifth of the planned corn, and have begun planting potatoes. The President also visited the Krasny Mozyryanin confectionery factory. Two investment projects are being implemented here under the "One District — One Project" program: the reconstruction of the toffee production facility with the introduction of new equipment, and the reconstruction of the candy and marmalade production facility with the installation of an automated pastila production line.
