A.Lukashenko recommends Belarusians to give preference to domestic goods

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko visited ZAO Atlant, a large domestic producer of household appliances. The president was informed that in 2020 the enterprise appeared in a difficult situation because of the introduction of restrictions on foreign markets as a result of the pandemic. However, the procurement and logistics departments managed to ensure the provision of materials and parts as well as to prevent idle time at the enterprise. Besides, Atlant ramped up online sales. Aleksandr Lukashenko praised the performance of the company amid the pandemic. In the summer, the company attracts student teams. They showed the president their professional skills, as well as asked him about the relevant issues together with the Atlant employees. Aleksandr Lukashenko recommend Belarusians to give preference to domestic goods and spoke about Belarus’ economic development plans for the near future.
