The President of Belarus met with the Executive Director of Emaar Properties. Mohammed Al-Abbar is one of the most influential and successful businessmen in the UAE. He acts as an economic and investment adviser to the leaders of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Emaar Properties is a well-known investment company not only in the Persian Gulf, but all over the world. Its interests include construction projects, real estate, hotel business, logistics and much more. As the guest noted, the Belarusian economy is stable even during pandemic, which is a good sign for investors. One of the projects in which the Emirati business is investing is the North Coast development area. As Al-Abbar noted, an agreement on the construction of a smart city will be signed in the coming days. The cost of this ambitious project is $4 billion.
