A. Lukashenko is confident that Belarus and Uzbekistan can achieve a $2 bln trade turnover

The President announced this at a meeting with Rakhmatulla Nazarov, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Belarus. In 2025, the trade turnover between Belarus and Uzbekistan reached almost $855 mln, representing a 134.8% increase compared to 2024. The trade balance for Belarus was positive, amounting to over $517 mln. The trend of increasing trade turnover continues in the current year. The volume of trade in services is also growing. In 2025, it increased by 56% compared to 2024, reaching $207.9 mln. There are 229 organizations in Uzbekistan with Belarusian residents as founders.
