A.Lukashenko held press conference with leading Ukrainian media

Prospects for cooperation between Minsk and Kiev, building a dialogue with the new president and the role of Belarus in resolving the conflict in the Donbass were discussed today during Aleksandr Lukashenko’s big and frank talk with representatives of the leading Ukrainian mass media. The meeting took place at the Palace of Independence. Taking part in the press conference were representatives of the information agencies Ukrinform, Interfax-Ukraine, as well as a few TV channels. The meeting took place in the run-up to the 2nd Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine. In a week Belarus President will go to Zhitomir where he is expected to meet with Vladimir Zelensky.
