A. Lukashenko congratulated V. Putin on Russia Day
June 12 is Russia Day. Belarusian head of state Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on the holiday. Belarusian-Russian relations are developing in all areas, including politics, economics, energy, transport, social sphere, and culture. Intensive contacts at the highest and high levels, various formats of intergovernmental and inter-parliamentary interaction, joint commissions and working groups make it possible to maintain a regular dialogue on a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation. The countries closely cooperate in the foreign policy sphere. The turnover is growing every year. In January-February, it amounted to $7.38 billion. The share of Belarusian exports is $3.91 billion. It’s an increase of almost 148% compared to the same period last year.
