On behalf of the Belarusian people and himself personally, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko congratulated the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the successful holding of the nationwide referendum. The Head of State expressed confidence that the implementation of the principles enshrined in the new Constitution will serve as a reliable foundation for Kazakhstan's continued prosperity, strengthening its role on the international stage, and increasing the well-being of its citizens. "Minsk consistently values its strategic partnership and alliance with Astana. I am confident that our multifaceted cooperation, based on the principles of friendship, trust, and mutual support, will continue to expand dynamically for the benefit of our two fraternal nations," the congratulatory message stated.
