A. Lukashenko and V. Putin hold telephone conversation

President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko had a telephone conversation with President of Russia Vladimir Putin. The main topic was the upcoming summit of the CSTO heads of state in November. Belarus currently chairs the organization. The two leaders also discussed bilateral cooperation with a focus on the most important areas, including energy and import substitution projects. Aleksandr Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin also reconciled their positions on topical issues on the regional and international agenda.
