A decree was signed on the transfer of part of the presidential functions

Some of the presidential functions are transferred to the government and local authorities. Decree No. 4 was signed by Alexander Lukashenko. The changes concern the privatization of state property. Thus, the functions of the head of state in coordinating the issue of additional issues of shares created in the process of privatization of OJSCs processing agricultural products, the shares of which are owned by the Republic of Belarus, were transferred to the government. If the shares of these JSCs are owned by the administrative-territorial units – then the functions transfer to the regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee.
