380 Ukrainians granted Belarusian citizenship
380 Ukrainians have been granted Belarusian citizenship. The corresponding decree was signed by the president. Most of them came with families, and many have already gave birth here. Thus, the petitions of 37 families with children, including those with many children, were satisfied. The implementation of the instructions of the head of state continues. They were given in the summer during the Big Conversation with the President. Since then, 1,076 Ukrainians have been granted citizenship. First of all, these are people who arrived from Donetsk and Lugansk regions. In addition, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 1,234 Ukrainian citizens acquired Belarusian citizenship in a simplified manner. In total, after the Big Conversation with the President over 2,300 people who arrived from Ukraine became Belarusian citizens.
