А. Lukashenko holds a meeting on the issues of staffing of the Foreign Ministry system

President Alexander Lukashenko has held a meeting on certain aspects of the staffing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Head of State emphasised the importance of careful attitude to the personnel of the diplomatic mission of Belarus abroad. The key criteria are professionalism and reliability. However, building trade relations and promoting domestic products in foreign markets should be the first priority for ambassadors. Belarus cannot limit itself only to representative functions in this work. Alexander Lukashenko stressed that in building bilateral cooperation with partners, all contacts should bring economic benefits.
