The relations between Belarus and China were discussed at the Palace of Independence.
Aleksandr Lukashenko held a meeting with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China. Xie Xiaoyong is completing a diplomatic mission. It was successful. Belarus and China have established the highest level of relations in history — an all-weather and all-round strategic partnership. Despite the distance, Minsk and Beijing are united not only in their assessments of the past, but also in their views on the current political situation and the future world order.
Today it is important to raise economic and investment cooperation to the level of political cooperation. Together Belarus and China are capable of doing a lot. Almost three dozen strategic industrial projects have been realized. 15 new strategic investment projects worth up to $3 billion are under active consideration with Chinese partners.
