Belarus and Russia's Kamchatka Krai to develop exchange trade in agricultural products
11.06.2026
The parties discussed
the prospects
for increasing mutual supplies
of agricultural products during
an online conference. Currently,
Belarusian-made meat
and offal
are regularly supplied to
Kamchatka through the exchange
platform. By the end
of January - May
2026, the amount of export
transactions was 68% higher
than last
year. The participants of the online conference
noted that
in order to ensure a more
significant economic effect,
it is necessary to scale up the practice of using
exchange trading by business entities of the Kamchatka Krai. China,
the Republic of Korea, the DPRK,
and Japan are represented on
the Belarusian site and
are available for the export
of goods from the Kamchatka
Krai. The exchange's specialists
will work out specific product
positions in order to attract
additional foreign buyers
and increase
the concentration of demand at
auctions.
