Valuable publications from the Khreptovichi library returned to Belarus
27.02.2023
Two editions from the famous Khreptovichi collection were returned to their homeland and now belong to the National Library of Belarus. The books of the late 18th century were handed over by the heirs of the deceased German officer. Thanks to the Embassy of Belarus in Germany, now our researchers can read the notes of Peter the Great and the English commander John Churchill. The value of the books is emphasized by the marks of the former owners of the Khreptovichi family.
