Unique exhibits from 15th-17th centuries added to exposition of Vitebsk regional museum of local history

The ancient artifacts were found about a year ago in Vitebsk. During the survey of the Western Dvina River at a depth of about 3 meters employee of the Orsha rescue station Y. Bogdanovich accidentally came across some spearheads. Researchers and restorers of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus found out that the weapon parts date back to the 15th - early 17th centuries. The historical items were handed over to the Vitebsk Regional Museum of Local History. They will become part of the collection. Specialists are sure that such a find will help shed light on the events of centuries ago.
