Triennial of contemporary art to be held in Minsk

The Triennial of Contemporary Art will be the culmination of the National Prize in Fine Arts. The selection committee of the project formed a short list of 90 authors out of 400 applications. Their works will become exhibitors and will be included in the final catalog. Art innovations will be evaluated in 10 categories. In addition to traditional art genres, there are such categories as "Criticism" and "Contemporary Art". National prize winners will receive financial support, and their works will be recommended for purchases in the funds of state museums.
