Tretyakov Gallery collection at National Art Museum

The famous Russian collection of the Tretyakov Gallery, together with the works from the Belarusian collection, is presented at the National Art Museum. The project is dedicated to landscape art. The exhibition pieces come from the late 19th – early 20th century, and among the featured names are such classics as Grabar, Korovin, Levitan. The exposition reflects the greatness of the greater and lesser motherland of each artist, their natural beauty and people. The exhibition can be called «Byalynitsky-Birulya and his friends». All the forty works were painted by Vitold Kaetanovich and artists, with whom he was especially close. Most of the paintings are presented in the Belarusian museum for the first time.
