Traditions of Belarusian house design

The exhibition "Language of the Traditional House" in the Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature introduces the traditional Belarusian house design as well as folk holidays and customs of Belarusians. The interior of the traditional Belarusian house of the 19th century is recreated with two hundred artifacts. Items from the personal archives of Belarusian writers are on display. For example, there's a traditional towel "rushnik" embroidered by Maxim Goretsky's mother. It will be possible to access the exposition in a virtual format. The tour will be available on the official website of the museum.
