Tour of the Moscow Theater of Classical Ballet in Minsk

The Moscow Classical Ballet Theater will show three performances in Minsk. From 11 to 16 July at the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus the audience will see Cinderella by S. Prokofiev, Coppelia by L. Delibes and The Lady of the Camellias to music by G. Verdi. For more than half a century, People's Artists of Russia N. Kasatkina and V. Vasiliev created a theater with their own repertoire and a troupe of 70 actors. The very first of the performances were staged on the stages of the Moscow Bolshoi and Mariinsky theaters. At various times, the main parts in ballets were performed by laureates of international competitions, people's and honored artists of Russia.
