"Slavianski Bazaar" festival’s flag-raising ceremony takes place in Vitebsk

The flag of the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" was raised at midnight in the Summer Amphitheater. Light cannons and pyrotechnics helped turn the event into a real spectacle. The day before, a solo concert by S. Lazarev "In the very heart" took place in Vitebsk with live sound, outstanding choreography, powerful energy, and the audience sang famous hits together with the artist. Today the international press center will be launched, the second competitive performance of young vocalists will take place, as well as a colorful ceremony of unveiling a personal star in the Summer Amphitheatre. This year's special award of the President of Belarus "Through Art to Peace and Mutual Understanding" has been conferred upon Honored Artist of Belarus Yelena Spiridovich. In the evening, a big gala concert with the participation of pop stars will be held on the stage of the Summer Amphitheatre.
