Republican exhibition of traditional folk art "Living Origins"

The Year of Historical Memory as an occasion to once again summarize and demonstrate the ethnographic richness and palette of traditional folk crafts. An exhibition has opened at the National Library of Belarus, presenting the best examples of ancient domestic crafts. More than a hundred masters from all regions of our country presented their best works in the exposition called "Living Origins". The collection includes crockery made of wicker and clay, vytinanka, malyavanka and amulet dolls, works of embroidery and weaving, masterpieces of blacksmithing and woodcarving. The regional palette of folk crafts includes many objects from the state register of the historical and cultural heritage of Belarus.
