Photo exhibition "Belarus’ Heritage: to mark 950th anniversary of Minsk" opened in capital
The open-air museum begins a journey through the historic Minsk. A large-scale photo-exhibition "Belarus’ Heritage" has returned to the capital city. A gallery of works by Oleg Lukashevich and Alexander Alexeyev, famous Belarusian photographers, laureates of the award "For Spiritual Revival" is exhibited on the fence of Chelyuskintsev Park. In the 5th anniversary season, the 130 works feature landmarks of the Belarusian capital, namely, manors, interiors, the town hall, churches and cathedrals, murals and objects of decorative and applied art. The current exposition, unlike the previous ones, occupies the entire front side of the fence. This allows people to see a record number of photos. All the works are made on a special material that can withstand any weather and even vandal attacks.
