Outcomes of International Festival of Contemporary Choreography

The winners of the 33rd International contemporary choreography festival have been named in Vitebsk. The Grand Prix will go to Tyumen in Russia. The jury recognized "Every Action Generates Counteraction", performed by the "Prospect" Dance Theatre, as the best work of the competition. First prize was shared between two Belarusian teams, a project by Yevgeniya Nikolaichuk fr0om Minsk and "Alesia" Mogilev Folk Dance Ensemble. The winners of the second prize were the "Nika Dance Company" from Tula and a project by Denis Chernyshov from Chelyabinsk. "Altana" Minsk Dance Theatre was awarded the third prize at the international contest of contemporary choreography.
