Novopolotsk, the cultural capital of Belarus in 2018, is ready for the artistic marathon. Cultural projects will be held under the sign of friendship and the city's 60th anniversary. The status of the cultural capital of Belarus is awarded for the ninth time. Novopolotsk plans to focus on the younger generation of artists, for whom this year should be a good opportunity to find a new sound.
