New performance based on works by R. Strauss at Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater

Sensational perfomance at the Bolshoi. The synthesis of opera and ballet based on the works by Richard Strauss will be put into action on the stage. This is the symphonic poem «Thus Spoke Zarathustra», to be followed by a choreographed story, and the opera «Salome». The production involves all of the soloists – more than 40 people, and the ballet troupe. The set design was developed by Russian artist Harry Hummel.
