National Historical Museum holds «Famous Belarusians» exhibition

The history of the country in portraits. The National Historical Museum is holding an exhibition «Famous Belarusians». It is a joint project of the museum, the Belarusian Society of Friendship and Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and the Ministry of Culture. 24 color lithographs of outstanding compatriots are presented at the exhibition, among them are Francisk Skaryna, Euphrosyne of Polotsk, Nikolai Gusovsky, Simon Budny, Leu Sapega, Simeon of Polotsk and others. Personal heroism, discoveries in science, service to art and loyalty to the chosen path are their contribution to the future of Belarus. After Minsk, the exhibition will be shown in the regions and Belarusian diplomatic missions abroad.
