International congress «500 years of Belarusian book-printing» due in Minsk in September

International congress «500 years of Belarusian book-printing» will be held in Minsk. Its participants are scientists, librarians, museum and archive workers. The jubilee is of world importance and has been introduced into the UNESCO calendar of memorable dates. International exhibition project «Francisk Scorina and his epoch» will be ceremonially opened. The topics of the congress are the history of the Belarusian book-printing, the Scorina heritage, research of hand-written and printed texts in Belarusian and foreign collections. The forum will take place in September.
