International children's musical competition started

The International children's competition "Vitebsk – 2022" is being held for the 20-th time. 15 participants will come upon the stage. Mexico will be the first among the countries to be presented. Belarusian performer Elisey Kasich will open the competition with the song "Neba Pazhar" ("Skies On Fire") by Belarusian singer and songwriter Valery Shmat. On the second competition day, the Belarusian vocalist will perform under number 7. Not only a bright show but also a new prize have been prepared for the jubilee competition. An award named after People's artists of the Soviet Union, Belarusian composer Igor Luchenok will be presented to the most talented interpreter of the Slavic topic in art.
