"In Shemetovo by the Shostakoviches"

A festival dedicated to a great XX century composer Dmitry Shostakovich was held in Belarus. For the sixth time, the forum brought together amateurs of the classical music from all over the country. The legendary composer is our compatriot – his ancestors stemmed from the Shemetovo borough, the Myadel district. This year, the stage of the Molodechno musical college was the main venue of the festival. World chef d’oeuvers including most popular pieces by Dmitry Shostakovich were performed by the Sonorus musical chapel.
