The II International festival "ART-MINSK" held in Belarus' capital. It unites almost 20 exhibition sites around the city. The central exposition is held at the Palace of arts. 250 authors, both Belarusian and foreign ones, present their art. The "ART-MINSK" festival is a part of the cultural program of the II European games. Over 50 cultural establishments of the Belarusian capital are engaged in the events within the framework of the continental championship – 20 museums and 6 theaters among them.
