Glass painting exhibition opens in Minsk

An ensemble of illustrations about a whole generation of residents of Belarusian villages. An exhibition of traditional glass painting has opened in Minsk. The exposition presents icons, as well as narrative compositions with animals and landscapes. The works were created by folk craftsmen of the XX century, the latest is dated 1930. Modern canonical paintings are also presented there. In total, the collection boasts about 160 paintings.
