Fingerprint more than 800 years old deciphered in Grodno
09.08.2017
The find of more than 800 years old may help unthread the
riddle of the Kalozha church – the monument of the Grodno architecture school. A fingerprint of
its possible builder has been found on a plinthiform brick. As experts of the
State forensics committee and regional Investigation committee say, the
fingerprint was left by a heavy-built man aged about 30. The research of the
fingerprint is important, as no information about the builders of the legendary
12-th century shrine has been left till nowadays.
