Film Actor's Studio Theater celebrating its birthday

Today is the birthday of the Film Actor's Studio Theater of the "Belarusfilm" National Film Studio. Its first premiere took place on March 30, 1982. The theater's opening play was "His Whole Life". The experimental performance by the artists from the "Belarusfilm" Film Studio, Minsk theaters and graduates of the Belarusian State Institute of Cinematography amounted to a sensation. This theater in Minsk is the only one of its kind in all of the ex-USSR. Today, its palybill includes two dozen stagings. These are contemporary play and those by world-renowned classics. In 2019, the Film Actor's Studio Theater moved from the Moskva Cinema House to a renovated building in Masherova Avenue in Minsk.
