Festival of Belarusian Song and Poetry in Molodechno
For the 17th time Molodechno hosts the National Festival of Belarusian Song and Poetry. The forum kicks off today. The main stage, which is the Summer Amphitheater, will host a concert dedicated to the 135th anniversary of the birth of Belarusian classics Yanka Kupala and Yakub Kolas. The final of the contest of young performers accompanied by the National Academic Concert Orchestra of Belarus is also planned. In the coming days, the Molodechno downtown will turn into a large-scale open-air: artistic plein airs, poetic soirees, and meetings with figures of art. The President has also sent greetings to the participants of the XVII National Festival of Belarusian Song and Poetry. Alexander Lukashenko expressed his confidence that the forum will help discover interesting projects and new names, contribute to the professional growth of young talents.
