Farsi Lessons movie to premier in Belarus

On November 12, the movie Farsi Lessons will premier in Belarus. It is an international project of Russia, Germany, and Belarus. The movie is based on the story of the German playwright Wolfgang Kohlhaase. The main shooting of the film took place on the territory of Belarus. Many scenes were filmed in Bobruisk and at the site of the Belarusfilm studio. The world premiere took place at the Berlin Film Festival, where the audience gave the picture a long standing ovation. The movie was also included in the program of the 42nd Moscow International Film Festival.
