Exhibition «Latvia turns 100. History, art, traditions» opens at National Art Museum

The exhibition «Latvia turns 100. History, art, traditions» opened at the National Art Museum. The event in Minsk was attended by the first president of Latvia. At the opening ceremony of the exhibition, the Foreign Minister of Belarus noted the historical connection of the peoples of the two states and stressed the friendly and partnership-like nature of the bilateral relations between Belarus and Latvia. Since 2008, residents of border areas have the opportunity to visit each other in a simplified way without a visa, guests from Latvia can use the 30-day visa-free waiver traveling to Belarus.
