Examinations of entrants started at Arts Academy
Competition making 8 contestants per place and targeted enrollment. Examinations of the entrants started at the Arts Academy. Vice-Premier of Belarus Igor Petrishenko observed the work of the examination panel at the theatrical faculty. This year, about sixty people pretend to get training in the actor's profession, while there are only 10 places for enrollment. 6 of them are budget funded and 4 are payable. The peculiarity of this year is targeted acceptance for studies. It means, that the future students are enrolled for a concrete troupe. In this case – for the Youth Theater. In total, there are three artistic higher learning facilities in Belarus – The Arts Academy, the Institute of Culture, and the Conservatoire. At all of them, a profile session is held now.
