Day of Orthodox books - 2017

The celebration of the Orthodox Book Day will be held at the National Library of Belarus on March 10. It is timed to the 500th anniversary of Belarusian book printing. The main purpose of the event, blessed by the Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavl Pavel, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, is to instill a love of reading in the younger generation, develop an interest in religious literature and highlight its special role in the life of every human being.
