Crimean Sonnets first time played at music festival in Minsk

The Evening of the Conservatory solemnly closed the international music festival dedicated to the bicentennial of Stanislaw Moniuszko. In the Great Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic three works by the composer were performed by student choirs of Minsk and Krakow to the accompaniment of the symphony orchestra of the Academy of Music. One of them is a premiere. The “Crimean Sonnets” have never before been performed in Belarus in their entirety.
