Book "Songs of abandoned villages" in memory of Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident presented in Minsk

In memory of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the book "Songs of abandoned villages" was presented in Minsk. The edition contains the folklore heritage of Belarus. Music records, texts of ritual songs and illustrations with images of Belarusian towels (rushniks) - a total of 356 pages, devoted to the ethno-cultural traditions of the villages of the exclusion zone, which no longer exist. The book is based on archival materials collected in the Chernobyl region before the accident.
