Belarus won the Grand Prix of the Patriarchal International Festival of Sacred Music

The Bishops 'Choir of the Holy Spirit Cathedral of Minsk became the owner of the main award of the I Patriarchal International Festival of Bishops' Choirs "Light of Christ". The gala concert of the winners took place in Moscow. Out of nearly a hundred collectives, only 10 reached the final. Having bypassed the main choirs of the dioceses from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Austria, France, the collective led by the choir director Vitaly Sobolevsky was recognized as the best. The Bishops 'Choir of the Holy Spirit Cathedral was created in 2014, and since that time, the collective accompanies all the bishops' services and live broadcasts of the TV channels "Belarus 1" and "Belarus 24", is a regular participant and laureate of many international concerts and competitions.
